This monthly training session is designed to maintain and enhance member proficiency across operational, safety, and support functions.

Training may include hands-on evolutions, classroom instruction, scenario-based exercises, or skill refreshers aligned with company priorities, policy, and best practices.

All operational members are expected to attend unless otherwise excused. Members should arrive prepared, in the appropriate uniform or PPE, and ready to actively participate.
